HTC - Series Clamps Forged Base

Horizontal Toggle Clamps of this type are low profile, fast acting Straight Line Action clamps. These clamps are of exceptionally robust construction, featuring forged & machined bases. The handle & linkages of the clamps are from heavy flat sections designed to resist high vibration & forces on the work piece. Plungers are hardened & their precision ground diameter runs in a close-tolerenced hole in the base forging. Plungers are drilled & tapped for easy attachment of threaded spindles or adaptors. These clamps are particularly suitable for operations where the operators hand has to be away from the work piece while locking the clamp.
